For Event Organisers
Three simple account types: Attendee for booking events, Creator to run events for free, and Creator Ultimate for unlimited paid events with 0% platform fees at £4.99/month.
How it works
Everything you need to run a successful event — without needing a technical background.
Add your event details, set ticket prices (or make it free!), upload a banner image and go live.
Share your event link or QR code. Attendees book and pay in seconds.
View booking lists, print registers and manage refund requests from your dashboard.
Connect your bank via Stripe. When you close your event, the net proceeds are transferred to your connected Stripe account and paid out to your bank automatically.
Features
Built specifically for church and community events. All organiser features below are available on Creator and Creator Ultimate accounts — free to get started.
Create as many events as you need. There's no cap on the number of events or bookings.
Every event gets its own QR code. Print it, project it, or share it — attendees scan and book instantly.
Attendees securely store children's allergies, medical needs and photo permissions — automatically attached to each booking.
Generate a formatted attendance register with one click, ready to print on the day.
Attendees can request refunds through the platform. You review and approve — all tracked and logged.
See total revenue, online vs offline bookings, fees and estimated payout at a glance for every event.
Booking confirmations and updates are sent to attendees automatically — no manual chasing required.
The full dashboard works on phones and tablets. Manage your event from anywhere.
Share your event directly to WhatsApp, Facebook, X, email and more with one tap — no copying and pasting links.
Set the ticket price to zero and create a completely free event. Attendees still book their place so you know who's coming — no payment required.
Prefer to collect donations on the day? Attendees can book for free online and are invited to make a voluntary donation when they arrive — no upfront payment needed.
Attendees can message the event organiser directly within the platform — and organisers can reply. No email addresses are ever shared between either party, keeping everyone's contact details private.
No more chasing payments or manual bank transfers. Connect your bank account once via Stripe's secure onboarding. When you close your event, the net proceeds are transferred to your account automatically.
Connect your bank account through Stripe's secure Express onboarding. Takes around 5 minutes. Your bank details are held by Stripe — never by us.
Card payments are taken securely at the point of booking using Stripe's hosted payment element.
Payments are held securely in the platform's Stripe account throughout the event. This protects both you and your attendees until the event is settled.
Click "Close Event" in your dashboard. The net proceeds are transferred to your connected Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank — typically within 1–2 working days.
This platform is UK-based. Stripe fees are determined by your card's country of issue. UK cardholders pay the UK standard rate. Cards issued in the EU/EEA are charged at the EU rate, and all other cards (including US, Canadian, Australian, etc.) are charged at the international rate.

Creator Ultimate (0% platform fee)example payout on a £5.00 ticket

Stripe is a regulated payment institution. When you connect your bank account, you enter your details directly on Stripe's platform — not on this website. We never see or store your sort code or account number.
You can view your full payout history, update bank details and manage your account at any time through the Stripe Express dashboard, accessible with one click from your profile.
Pricing
Attendee is free forever — just for booking. Creator is free to run events with a small platform fee on paid tickets. Creator Ultimate removes the platform fee entirely for £4.99/month. No long-term contracts, cancel any time.
Forever free
2% platform fee on online payments
Cancel anytime · No setup fee
All online payments incur Stripe's processing fee (1.5%–3.25% + 20p per transaction depending on card type). Creator accounts also incur a 2% Church Event Booking platform fee. Creator Ultimate subscribers pay no platform fee on top of Stripe's charges.
Refunds
Attendees can request a refund through the platform — but nothing happens until you approve it.
If an attendee can no longer attend, they submit a refund request with a reason through their booking dashboard. You are notified in your event list.
A "Manage Refunds" option appears on your event. You can see the attendee's name, booking total, and their stated reason before deciding.
Accept to issue a refund via Stripe — the amount is returned to the attendee's original payment method. Decline if the request doesn't meet your policy.
When a refund is issued, the full ticket price is returned to the attendee. However, Stripe's processing fee is not recoverable — this is absorbed by the platform.
14-Day cooling-off period
After your event date, there is a 14-day window before you can close your event. This period exists to allow any outstanding refund requests to be resolved. Funds are held securely in the platform during this time. Once you click Close Event, the net proceeds are transferred to your Stripe account and no further refunds can be processed through the platform.
Tickets & Check-in
Every confirmed booking generates a unique QR code ticket. Attendees carry it on their phone and you scan it on the door.
As soon as a booking is confirmed, the attendee receives a QR code ticket in their confirmation email and inside their account under My Bookings.
Open the built-in ticket scanner from your event dashboard on any phone or tablet. No app to install — it runs in the browser and uses your device camera.
Scan a ticket and the system instantly tells you whether it's valid, who the booking is for, and how many adults and children are on the booking.
Each QR code is cryptographically signed to your booking. Copies and screenshots work fine for genuine holders — forged codes are rejected automatically.
Attendees can download a PDF version of their ticket directly from My Bookings in the dashboard — ready to print or save to their phone.

Support
Got a question or something isn't working as expected? Raise a support ticket directly from your dashboard — no need to hunt for an email address.
Open a support ticket from the Help & Support section of your dashboard. Describe your question and submit — it reaches the support team straight away.
Support replies appear inside your ticket thread. You can reply back, ask follow-up questions, and keep the whole conversation in one place.
You'll receive an email notification whenever support replies to your ticket, so you never miss an update.
Once your issue is resolved, the ticket is closed and kept in your history. You can open a new one at any time if something else comes up.
Where to find it
Log in to your account and look for Help & Support in the sidebar menu. From there you can start a new ticket or check the status of an existing one. You can only have one open ticket at a time — once it's resolved, you're free to open another.
Prefer email? No problem — you're always welcome to reach us directly at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Sign up free as an Attendee or Creator — no credit card needed.
Upgrade to Creator Ultimate whenever you want unlimited paid events with 0% platform fees.
